Could anyone of you that has gotten LW 4.0 provide a review of the
bones and inverse kinematics features? Do the bones allow an assignment
to faces versus a region? Or if still a region, have some way to control
that region with more than a simple radius? I heard a rumor that inverse
kinematics was going to be incorporated into LW 4.0. Was this rumor true
and if so, how are the IK incorporated? Parent to child, restrict
specific axis movement? Are the bones and IK implemented in the Modeler
or Lightwave?
Thanks for any answers you might be able to provide and it would be
nice to hear a review of your experiences.
